摘要
通过对24个黑木耳栽培品种进行品比试验,观察一级种、二级种到栽培种的整个培养过程,从菌丝长势、菌丝日均生长速度、生物转化率和农艺学性状方面进行综合评价,并以本地主栽品种黑20(云菌木耳2号)为对照,筛选出适合云南栽培的产量高、品质优的品种黑24(云菌木耳5号)。
The hyphal growth, the day growth speed, biological conversion rate and agronomic traits of 24 cultivated strains of Auricularia auricula were studied from the cultivation among stock culture, pre - cuhure spawn to spawn. Taking the local cultivated strain black 20 ( ear 7 ) as the control, 1 strain that suitable for cultivation in Yunnan were screened. It was black 24 ( black ear 1 ) which had high yield and good quality.
