摘要
本研究以金针菇为代表,从菌丝日均生长量、出菇期、子实体产量、蛋白质含量、锌含量等方面探讨了硫酸锌和稀土对食用菌生长的影响.初步研究结果表明:硫酸锌和稀土对金针菇生长的影响存在着浓度差异;复合处理比单因子处理更好,其产量、蛋白质含量和锌含量提高显著.
In this paper, the physiological effect of zinc and rare earths on flammulina are studied, such as the growth of hypha and fruid and protein content and zinc content etc. The results show that the effect of zinc and rare earths elements on grouth of flammulina is different from variety of concentrations; compound process is much better than unifactor, and the productivity, protein and zinc contents of flammulina increase considerably with the best combinations.
