摘要
以 4种机车柴油机中冷器设计指标为依据 ,通过优化设计对圆管百叶窗式中冷器结构参数进行了优选 ,讨论了优化设计中目标函数对结构参数取值及性能的影响。计算表明圆管百叶窗式中冷器能满足不同机车柴油机中冷器的性能要求。
Based on the design indexes of four diesel locomotive′s inter coolers, the structure parameters of louvered fin-and-round-tube inter cooler were determined by optimum method, the effects of different optimum goal functions on structure parameters and inter cooler performance were discussed. computation result showed that Louvered fin-and-round-tube inter cooler has good heat transfer and air resistance performances, which could be adopted in the inter coolers of different power locomotives.
