中冷器结构、冷却效率、空气压力损失与可靠性 被引量:10

摘要 本文介绍了机车用肩管结构和圆管结构的中冷器。圆管结构中冷器可靠性高,具有许多优点,正在逐渐取代扁管式中冷器。影响冷却效率的主要因素是冷却水流程组织。影响空气压力损失的因素有圆管本身,翅片的结构形状,中冷器的深度等。空气压力损失应按欧拉准则,引入试验台空气密度与增压空气密度不同之比来求得。 In this paper are introduced. two construction types of charger air cooler used on locomotives, the one made from flat section tube and the athe from circular section tube. The latter type has more merits including higher reliability. And is grudually replacing the flat tube type. The main factor that influences cooling efficiency is the orgnization of the flow path of cooling water. The factors that affect air pressure loss are the circular tube itself, the shape of the fin structure and the deepness of charger air cooler. The air pressure loss is calculated on the basis of Eula criterion, with the ratio of the air density to be in haled in the test bed to the supercharging air density infroduced.
