传统的成本管理模式不断受到冲击和挑战 ,作业成本管理和成本企画是两种先进的成本管理方式 ,但它们中任何一个都不是完美的 ,本文讨论了它们各自的特点 。
Today enterprises face a strategic competition environment,traditional cost management is being impacted and challenged.Activity based cost management(ABCM)and cost design(CD)are two advanced models,but any of them is not perfect.The paper discusses the two advanced models and creates a new model that merges the ABCM and CD.
