摘要
采用破乳 -絮凝 -水解—好氧氧化 -活性碳吸附工艺 ,对某发动机厂机械加工过程产生的乳化液含油工业废水进行处理 .结果表明 ,原水CODcr高于 2× 10 5mg/L的废水经该工艺处理后 ,出水的各项指标为 :CODcr:5 0~ 70mg/L ;SS :75mg/L ;石油类 :5 .4mg/L ;色度 :5倍 .
The emulsified oily wastewater from machining workshop of engine factory was treated by using demulsifing - coagulation - hydrolysis - biological contact oxidation - active carbon adsorption technology. When ingress water with a COD of>2×10 5 mg/L was treated with the technology, the indices of egress water were: COD, 50~70 mg/L; SS, 75 mg/L; oil, 5.4 mg/L; and colority, 5 times, respectively.
