摘要
采用板框式超滤装置对钢管厂冷却用乳化油废液进行处理试验，结果表明，板框式超滤器在压力低于０．４０ＭＰａ，运行温度４０－４５℃条件下，配用ＰＳＦ超滤膜，可将乳化油废液一次连续浓缩，含油量由２％增至４０％－５０％，体积浓缩２０倍，超滤平均通量１５－２０Ｌ（ｍ２ｈ）－１；渗透液中含油量降至１００ｍｇＬ－１以下，油分截留率大于９９％，ＣＯＤ截留率大于９０％．
The emulsified oily wastewater from steel tube factory was tested by the plate and frame ultrafiltration device.It was found that plate and frame ultrafiltration device with polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane can concentrate emulsified oily wastewater effectively when operation pressure is less than 04MPa and operation temperature is 40-45℃,the oil concentration increases from 2% to 40%-50%,the average flux rate is 15-20L·(m2·h)-1,the oil concentration of the treated effluent through this process is reduced below 100 mg·L-1,rejection rates of oil and COD are more than 99% and more than 90%,respectively.
