摘要
通过分析东北电网水电站水能利用率低于原设计的原因 ,从水能学基本原理出发 ,提出了提高水能利用率的基本思路 ,并从修改水电站调度规划等方面入手 ,研究了提高水能利用率的方法。在国内外有关提高水能利用率方法研究的基础上 ,首次提出了“双目标分期抬高汛限水位优选模型”。模型的求解应用了模糊优选原理及其模式 ,计算简便且易于推广。
First, this article analyzes the causes of the low waterpower utilization rate of hydropower stations in the Northeast electric network. Based on the principle of hydroenergy, the basic train of thought to improve waterpower utilization rate is proposed. Starting from the adjustment of the dispatching of hydropower stations, a method of increasing waterpower utilization rate is introduced. Then on the basis of summarizing the researches on waterpower utilization rate, a duble objective optimization model for increasing flood limit water level in stages is presented. The solution of the model is based on the theory and model of fuzzy optimization. It is reliable and easy to be popularized.
