摘要
利用SBS中丁二烯软段中的双键进行环氧化反应 ,引入环氧基团进行化学改性。实验结果表明SBS环氧化反应以后 ,软硬段的溶度参数差距减小 ,其热力学性能的变化直接影响胶粘剂的内部结构和胶接性能。由于极性的增强 ,环氧化SBS与不同极性的树脂的相容性也发生了变化。环氧化SBS可与氯化石蜡、马来松香等制成环氧化SBS压敏胶 ,并且还可以与适当的树脂配合制成其他各种胶粘剂。粘接实验证明 ,环氧化SBS胶粘剂对极性材料的粘附性能有很大的改善。
The double bonds of the butadiene soft matrix in SBS were epoxidized in order to incorprate the epoxy groups and modify chemically.The experiments showed that the distinction between solubility parameter of the soft matrix and the hard domans decreased after epoxidation of SBS.The change of thermodynamic properties influenced the internal structure and the adhesion properties of adhesive.The compatibility of epoxidized SBS(ESBS) and resins with different polarity was also changed.ESBS can be turned to pressure sensitive adhesive with chlorinated paraffin and maleated rosin,and to various adhesives with proper tackifying resin.The adhesion experiments showed that the adhesion properties between ESBS and the polar materials were greatly improved.Moreover,the application of ESBS in adhesives was discussed.
