摘要
以甲酸和过氧化氢为氧化剂对极性化SBS(SBSVP)进行了环氧化改性。通过环氧含量、双键减少量以及副反应程度的测定,讨论了影响SBSVP环氧化反应的主要因素:n甲酸/n过氧化氢、反应温度、反应时间、SBSVP的质量分数。得到了SBSVP环氧化的适宜条件:SBSVP质量分数10%,n甲酸∶n过氧化氢=1∶1,反应温度60℃,反应时间2.5 h,所得产物的环氧基质量分数为11.1%。
Pyridyl-functionalized SBS (SBSVP) was epoxidized by formic acid and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant in this paper. The influence of reaction conditions such as mol ratio of formic acid and hydrogen peroxide, reaction temperature,reaction time and concentration of SBSVP was also discussed by determination of the epoxy group content, the decrease of double bond and the degree of side reaction. The favorable conditions for epoxidation of SBSVP were:concentration of SBSVP solution 10% by weight, mol ratio formic acid and hydrogen peroxide 1, reaction temperature 60℃, reaction time 2.5 h. The epoxy group content of product was 11.1% by weight.
