摘要 天津联化乙烯装置原料原设计用石脑油和轻柴油,为提高乙烯装置的综合效益,降低乙烯成本,投产几年来不断地优化乙烯原料,与天津石化公司一道炼油-化工一体化优化原料,优化配给,优化主要指标,优化生产。为适应各种原料,对裂解炉进料系统进行技术改进。近3年来乙烯、丙烯气相收率明显提高,单耗、能耗不断下降。 Tianjin ethylene plant used naphtha and light diesel oil as feedstocks in original design, We have continuously optimized ethylene feedstocks for improving ethylene plant' s general benefit and lowering ethylene cost since the day such plant was being put into production. By incorporation with refinery, optimization is done for feedstock supply and production indices. Technical innovation is done for feed system of cracking furnace for adapting various feedstocks. During recent three years, the gas phase yield of ethylene and propy-lene have been improved and material consumption and energy consumption have been continuously lowered.
