摘要 本文用热重法研究了粒度100~120目T305氧化锌脱硫剂脱除H_2S的微观动力学。实验条件为:温度200~400℃,H_2S浓度4~30g/Nm^3,加氢还原气氛。结果表明,该过程在高温低转化率区受表面反应动力学控制,低温高转化率区则受ZnS层扩散控制。反应及粒子扩散活化能分别为23.90和51.29kJ/ml,不同的控制段对H_2S浓度均为一级反应。本文对低温下ZnS最大转化率的存在给出了理论解释,并分析了影响因素,提出了一种求取粒子扩散活化能的方法。 The microkinetics of H_2S removal with T305 (a kind of desulfurizer made of zinc oxide) Was investigated by using thermogravimetric method under the conditions as follows: temperature 200~400℃, H_2S concentration 4~30g/Nm^3, particle size 100~120 mesh and the reaction atmosphere containing H_2. It was shown that this process was controlled by the surface reaction at the higher temperature and lower conversions, and by the solid diffusion at lower temperature and higher conversions.The activation energies of the chemical reaction and the solid diffusion were determined as 23.90 and 51.29 kJ/mol, respectively. The first order reaction with respect to H_2S was found in both controlled regions Why there existed a maximum conversion in the low temperature range was explained therotically, and such factors as temperature, H_2S concentration and grain size influencing the maximum conversion were discussed. A new method for determining the activation energy of solid diffusion was introduced.
