各种金属氧化物高温脱硫性能比较 被引量:11

摘要 本文对各种金属氧化物(如Fe2O3、ZnO、CuO、SnO2、CaO、MnO2)的高温脱硫性能进行了较系统的考察,对其硫容、脱硫精度等进行了分析,CuO有较高的脱硫精度,而Fe2O3和MnO2有较大的硫容,最后对脱硫剂的研究方向进行了探讨。 Various metal oxides acted as H 2S absorbents are studied in this paper.Various metaloxides such as Fe 2O 3,ZnO,SnO 2,CaO,MnO 2 can be used as H 2S absorbents with the following process employed,i.e.metal oxides are filled in fixed reactors,gases mixture passes through the reactor and H 2S concentration at exit is tested by chemical analysis method.It is concluded that Fe 2O 3,MnO 2 have higher sulfur capacity due to the oxidation reduction reaction with H 2S,CuO is more favorable from thermodynamics point of view and concentration of H 2S at exit is low.When contract time is short,ZnO is not suitable because of its low reaction rate.Breakthrough time of SnO 2 is very short because sintering is serious and diffusion is difficult.
