摘要
目的 :为有效控制益肾丸的质量 ,探索质量控制的标准 ;方法 :采用薄层色谱法对本品中的君药进行定性鉴别 ,用甲醇提取、乙醚洗涤、正丁醇萃取、氢氧化钾洗涤法制备样品 ,以正丁醇 -醋酸异戊酯 -水 (4∶ 1∶ 5 )上层液为展开剂 ,单波长线性薄层扫描法 ,检测波长为 5 15 nm ,对益肾丸中黄芪甲苷的含量进行定量研究 ;结果 :标准曲线 r=0 .9993 ,重现性 RSD=1.47%～1.91% ,精密度 RSD=3 .95 %～ 5 .5 0 % ,益肾丸中黄芪甲苷含量 0 .0 61mg/ g,RSD=4.2 2 % ;加样回收率平均为 95 .2 3 % ,RSD= 1.2 % (n=6) ,本文方法稳定可靠 ,可作为该制剂的质量控制标准之一。
OBJECTIVE:to study the quality control sdandard of Yishen Pill;METHOD:Codonopsis piosula (Franch) Nannf, Radix Angelica sinensis,Rhizoma, Radix Astragalin in Yishen Pill were identified by TLC. The content of main effective onstituent in Huangqi, astragalin was determind by TICS;RESULTS:The method was reliable, with a good reproducibility and linear relationship (r=0.9993) The average recovey was 95.23%(RSD=l.2%,n=6);CONCLUSION:It can be used as quality control of Yishen Pill.
