摘要
目的 提示临床如何合理选择与应用抗菌药物。方法 阐述抗菌药物在选择应用时应注意的要点和部分抗菌药物的特点。结果 抗菌药物的合理应用于病原学检查和药敏试验、抗菌药物的抗菌谱、体内血药浓度、体内的作用时间、机体对药效的影响、感染菌对抗菌药物的耐药性、给药方案等相关。结论 考虑影响抗菌药物效果的因素 ,去选择与应用抗菌药物 。
Objective To prompt how to select and apply the antibiotics in clinic. Methods The key point of selection and application, characteristics of partial antibiotics were discussed. Results The reasonable selection and application were related with pathogenic detection, sensitivity test, spectrum of antibiotics, drug concentration in blood, acting time in body, effective affection of body to drug, resistance of antibiotic bacteria and project of drug used. Conclusion Consideration of varied affected factors should taken to select and apply antibiotics so that to make sure the effectiveness and safety of drug use.
