摘要
目的 :评价国产左氧氟沙星片治疗急性细菌感染的安全性和有效性。方法 :国产左氧氟沙星组 110例 (男性 64例 ,女性 4 6例 ,年龄 4 2a±s 2 3a) ,进口左氧氟沙星组 5 0例 (男性 2 8例 ,女性 2 2例 ,年龄 39a± 19a) ,各用 10 0mg ,potid ,疗程分别为 8.3d± 1.6d和 8.4d± 1.4d。结果 :国产左氧氟沙星治愈率和有效率分别为 76.4 %和 90 .9% ,进口左氧氟沙星分别为 74 %和 96%。 2组细菌清除率分别为 96.5 %和 95 %。药物不良反应发生率分别为 9.1%和 6% ,2组间差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :国产左氧氟沙星是一种安全、有效。
AIM: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of domestic levofloxacin in the treatment of acute bacterial infections. METHODS: One hundred and ten patients (M 64, F46; age 42 a± s 23 a) received domestic levofloxacin 100 mg po, tid for ( 8.3 ± 1.6 ) d, and fifty patients (M 28, F22; age 39 a±19 a) received imported levofloxacin 100 mg po tid for (8.4±1.4)d. RESULTS: The cure rates and effective rates of domestic levofloxacin and imported levofloxacin were 76.4 % and 90.9 %, 74 % and 96 % separately. Bacterial eradication rates of the two groups were 96.5 % and 90 %. The adverse reaction rates in the two groups were 9 % and 6 % respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION: Domestic levofloxacin is effective and safe in the treatment of bacterial infection.
