摘要
探讨了用国产全陶瓷盘替代进口聚氨酯盘加工细旦丙纶的可行性 ,对影响丙纶 DTY加工的稳定性和内在质量的因素进行了对比试验。结果表明 ,通过调整盘片组合形式由 1-4 -1改为 1-7-1,适当提高 D /Y比及上热箱温度等参数 ,国产全陶瓷盘可以用于生产细旦丙纶长丝 ,产品各项指标符合标准 。
The feasibility of domestic ceramic disc substituting for imported polyurethane disc to produce fine denier PP yarn was discussed. The matching experiments were performed to study the factors affecting the production stability and the inherent quality of PP DTY. The results showed that the application of domestic ceramic disc in fine denier PP filament production could be realized with decreased production cost through changing the disc assembly from 1\|4\|1 to 1\|7\|1, appropriately adjusting D/Y ratio and increasing the temperature of top heat box. The properties of the obtained fiber comply with the standards.
