摘要
使用陶瓷盘与聚氨酯盘搭配组合假捻器生产83dtex/68f涤纶DTY,取得了满意的效果。两种不同材质的摩擦盘搭配使用,既可以实现两种不同材质摩擦盘优缺点的互补,提高成品纤维的品质,还可以延长聚氨酯盘的使用寿命,降低备件费用。
83 dtex/68f PET DTY was produced by using a ceramic disc and PU disc combined frictional unit. With the combination, the merits and demerits of the two kinds of frictional disc can be compensated. As a result, the quality of DTY can be improved, the use age of PU disc can be prolonged, thus the expense of spare parts can be reduced.
