摘要
综述了二甲基硅油及其表面活性剂在化纤油剂中的应用 ,化纤油剂应具有的高平滑性、高耐热等特性 ;介绍了改善油剂的综合性能及硅油表面活性剂用来提高纤维的可纺性等性能的方法。
The application of polydimethlsiloxane and its surfactants in spinning finishes was summarized. The finishes should be of high gliding property and high heat resistance. The improvement of comprehensive properties, like antistatic behavior, of these spinning finishes, was introduced. The methods of applying silicone surfactants in fiber modification to improve the spinnability were discussed. It was also suggested that silicone spinning finishes should be developed in China as earlier as possible.
