摘要
对羊毛 /聚乙烯醇纤维混纺织物进行去除聚乙烯醇、保留羊毛组分处理 ,然后对织物表面进行钝化鳞片层和改性有机硅处理 ,实现了羊毛织物的轻薄化和防毡缩。结果表明 ,采用逐步升温和大浴比 (1∶5 0 )工艺 ,聚乙烯醇纤维去除较彻底。鳞片层钝化工艺为 :双氧水用量 40g/L ,稳定剂 10 1用量 8~ 10g/L ,温度 5 0℃ ,pH值 9;有机硅配比为 2 0∶80时 ,织物的弹性、平滑性和柔软性最佳。
Through removing polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) an d keeping the composition of the wool from wool-PVA blended fabric, and then blun ting the scale and modifing with organosilicon to the surface of the fabric, lig ht and non-shrinkage wool fabric was realized. As a result, with gradually heat ing and low liquor ratio 1∶50, the PVA fiber can be removed thoroughly . The condition of scale blunting with hydrogen peroxide is the dosage of hydrog en peroxide 40 g/L, stabilizer 101 8 ~ 10 g/L, and temperature 50 ℃, pH value 9 . Under the condition of mixing ratio 20∶80 in modification w ith organosilicon, the elasticity, smoothness and softness of the fabric is the best.
