摘要
通过金属硝酸盐 (氧化剂 )和柠檬酸 (燃料 )的凝胶 -燃烧方法合成了纳米晶SnO2 粉体 .TG -DSC分析得知 ,凝胶的着火温度为 2 5 0℃ .采用XRD ,TEM ,BET及FTIR对粉体进行了表征 ;考察了着火温度、燃料用量和热处理温度对所获得的粉体特性的影响 .研究结果表明 ,晶粒尺寸与颗粒尺寸随热处理温度的上升而增大 ;在柠檬酸与Sn4 + 的摩尔比为 6∶1,热处理温度为 60 0℃时制备的纳米晶SnO2 粉体的平均晶粒尺寸为 12nm ,平均颗粒尺寸为 3 0nm ,比表面积为 2 0~ 2 8m2
Nanocrystalline particles SnO 2 were synthesized by means of a nitrate(oxidizing agent)-citrate(organic fuel) gel-combustion process. The TG-DSC analyses revealed that the ignition temperature of the dried gel was 250 ℃. The as_prepared particles were characterized by XRD, TEM, BET and FTIR. The influences of ignition temperature, fuel content in the precursor gel and calcination temperature on the characteristics of as_prepared particles were investigated. The results indicated that the crystallite and particle sizes increased with the increase of calcination temperature. Nanocrystalline particles with the crystallite mean size of 12 nm, particle mean size of 30 nm and the specific surface area of 20-28 m 2/g were obtained from a gel with a fuel to Sn 4+ mole ratio of 6∶1 after calcination at 600 ℃.
