摘要
研究了硅粉对低密度水泥浆热稳定性的影响,对配制低密度水泥浆用的减轻剂进行了优选。实验结果表明,硅粉能有效地提高低密度水泥浆的热稳定性,在密度为1.5g/cm^3的水泥浆中加入30%的硅粉,水泥石的强度可达18.1MPa;漂珠是耐高温低密度水泥浆的良好减轻剂,用漂珠在较小的水固比下就能配制出密度较低的水泥浆,有利于用硅粉提高水泥石的高温强度,并能代替部分硅粉的作用,有利于提高水泥石的低温强度。
The effect of silica powder on the thermal stability of low density cement was studied. It is indicated that the compressive strength of cement with 30% silica powder reached 18.1 MPa, after curing at 300 ℃ and 18 MPa for three days. Silica powder can improve the thermal stability of low density cement effectively. This cement slurry can be used in heavy crude and deep well.
