摘要
忽视企业的人才效益 ,会使企业陷入人才流失、效益滑坡的恶性循环。评估企业人才效益应包括人才规划的科学性、人才培养的层次性、人才使用的合理性、人才对企业的忠诚度等方面的内容。要实现企业人才效益最大化 ,必须转变观念、制定切合实际的人才战略、优化人才成长环境。
In this article, the writer comes to the point that if the talent benefit of an enterprise is neglected, the enterprise will definitely get into the trouble of losing both the talents and the economic benefit. The writer also thinks that the evaluation of talent benefit of an enterprise should concern with the scientific talent program, various talent training, reasonable talent application and the honesty of talents to enterprises.
