人力资源越来越成为一个社会最重要的资源,而由于我国企业人才浪费现象的存在,企业人才效益也日益低下。人才效益作为企业效益的一个重要组成部分,极大影响着企业的生存和发展。因此,企业要通过相关措施来实现人才效益最大化。
Human resources is increasingly becoming one of the most important resource, but because of the existance of wasting of talent, the talent-effective is increasingly lower. As an important part of enterprises' efficiency, the talent-effective impact the survival and development of enterprises greatly. So, enterprises should achieve maximum talent-effective through relevant measures.
