论述计算机软件著作权保护的优越性及必要性 ,详细介绍了获得软件著作权保护的程序、保护期限、软件著作权的保护对象和不予保护的对象 。
The advantage and importance of the copyright protection of computer software are represented.The procedure of protecting software copyright,term of the protection,the objects protected by the copyright,and objects unprotected against the copyright are introduced in detail.the right of software authors and effect of the copyright are discussed.
