摘要
本文从介绍欧共体委员会有关数据库版权保护的两个文件出发，分析、研究了欧共体在数据库版权保护方面的进展、主要观点及存在问题。
Starting from the introduction to the two documents of database cop-yright protection in the European Community,the article analyses and approacbes its progress,main view-points and existing problems in this field.
