摘要
研究了二甲基甲酰胺溶液中Mg (Ⅱ )和Co (Ⅱ )在Pt和Cu电极上的电化学行为 ;用恒电位法沉积出有金属光泽、致密、附着力好的Mg_Co合金膜 ,并用EDAX分析Mg_Co合金膜组成 ,其Mg的质量分数可达到18 73% ,用扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)分析膜表面形貌 。
The cyclic voltammetry was used to study the electrochemical behaviours of Mg(Ⅱ) and Co(Ⅱ) in 0.20 mol·dm -3 Mg(ClO 4) 2+0.20 mol·dm -3 LiClO 4+DMF, 0.030 mol·dm -3 CoCl 2+0.10 mol·dm -3 LiClO 4+DMF and 0.20 mol·dm -3 Mg(ClO 4) 2+0.030 mol·dm -3 CoCl 2+0.20 mol·dm -3 LiClO 4+DMF systems on Pt and Cu electrodes. Smooth, adhesive,uniform and metalic luster Mg-Co alloy films were prepared by potentionstatic electrolysis on Cu substrates with deposition potential ranging from -2.40 V to -3.00 V(vs.SCE).The Mg mass concentration in the alloy films ranges from 10.74% to 18.73% analysed by EDAX.Their surface morphologies are investigated by scanning electron microscopy. According to the analysis by XRD,the alloy films are amorphous.
