摘要
探讨板层角膜移植治疗眼球爆炸伤的临床效果。方法 :对 2 0例 ( 2 0只眼 )眼球爆炸伤的病例施行板层角膜移植治疗。其适应症为异物及混浊斑块主要在角膜组织的中浅层、深层基本透明或深层混浊斑块不处在角膜中央的病例。结果 :2 0例病人术后全部眼部刺激症状缓解 ,18例植片透明 ,17例视力有不同程度的提高。结论 :板层角膜移植是治疗眼球爆炸伤的有效方法 ,适用于爆炸伤所致的角膜中浅层异物及斑块状混浊。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effects of the lamellar keratoplasty for the treatment of ocular bomb injury. Methods:20 cases (20 eyes) of ocular bomb injury were treated with lamellar keratoplasty.The standard used for selecting subject cases are that the foreign bodies and corneal opacity are mostly in superficial cornea and the deeps are almost transparent or the deep albugo is not in the keratic center. Results:The symptoms in 20 cases were all reduced,and the grafts in 18 cases got transparence.The visual acuity in 17 cases was improved. Conclusions:Lamellar keratoplasty is an effective method to treat ocular bomb injury.The indication of the surgery is that the foreign bodies and albugo made by ocular bomb injury are in the superficial cornea of the affected eye.
