摘要
介绍了循环流化床(CFB)锅炉的燃烧形式,细颗粒燃料在CFB中的燃烧特性和存在问题。为了改善细颗粒燃料在CFB中的燃烧环境,提出热风送粉方式对其进行加热和混合,通过燃烧器预燃后送入炉膛燃烧的方案。通过这种方式,部分改善了细颗粒燃料的缺氧燃烧情况,实现了对炉膛内氧量分布的优化;并通过部分细颗粒燃料的预燃烧,提高了炉膛下部温度,促进燃料燃烧,抑制难燃燃料的后燃问题。
The paper briefs three kinds of combustion modes of CFB boilers and analyzes the combustion characteristics of fine coal particles in CFB and the existing problems,For improving the combustion environment of fine coal particles in CFB, The following combustion scheme is put forward:to heat and mix pulverized coal with hot feeding air,to be preburned through burners and then sent to the furnace to burn.Through this scheme,the oxygen defieient buruing of fine coal particles is partly unproved,The optimization of oxygen distribution m the furnace is realized;and through the prebummg of part fine coal particles,the temperature of lower furnace is raised,promoting problem of hard - to - burn fuel.
