摘要 水轮发电机稳态运行时 ,油膜刚度与阻尼对机组的垂直振动有着重要影响。本文通过对油膜压力进行二阶泰勒级数展开得到油膜摄动压力方程组 ,采用指数膜假定求解油膜摄动压力方程组 ,得到推力轴承油膜刚度和阻尼的解析表达式。在此基础上 ,使用三峡 70 0MW机组的推力轴承参数 ,计算了该推力轴承的油膜刚度和阻尼 。 When hydroturbine generator runs in steady state,oil film stiffness and damping(OFSD)can greatly affect the unit's vertical vibration.In this article,author derives oil film perturbed pressure equation through expanding pressure using a Taylor Series.With exponential film assumption,analytical expression of OFSD is also derived.Then,the author calculates the OFSD of the Three Gorges 700MVA Unit,which provides very important parameters for the study of whole system's vertical vibration.
