摘要
介绍了华能汕头电厂汽机调节阀开度差与 1号轴瓦温度及油膜压力之间关系特性试验 ,论述了该汽机调节阀开度差与轴瓦温度及油膜压力之间的变化规律 ,以实例说明应用此规律解决汽机轴瓦温度高的问题。
Described is a test of the characteristics of relationship between the opening degree difference of the steam turbine regulating valve of Huaneng Shantou Power Plant on the one side and No.1 bearing pad temperature and oil film pressure on the other. The variation law governing the relationship between the opening degree difference of the steam turbine regulating valve on the one hand and a bearing pad temperature and oil film pressure on the other is expounded. The use of the above law for solving the issue of an excessively high temperature of the steam turbine bearing pad is illustrated with the help of a specific example.
