电化学溶解镍阳极法制备纳米NiO 被引量:4

摘要 在无水醇中加入少量有机胺导电盐作为电解液 ,以金属镍片作为阳极 ,施加一定的电压 ,电解得到Ni(OEt) 2 (acac) 2 、Ni(OBu) 2 (acac) 2 的醇溶液 ,然后直接水解 ,经溶胶 -凝胶 (Sol- gel)过程 ,形成凝胶体 ,分别在 35 0℃ ,6 0 0℃煅烧 1h后 ,均得到具有NaCl结构的立方晶型的纳米NiO ,粒径为 10 - 15nm .通过FT -IR、Raman、XRD、TEM检测手段 ,对镍醇盐配合物和纳米NiO进行了表征 .本文同时讨论了不同镍醇盐配合物制备纳米NiO的优缺点 ,发现Ni(OEt) 2 (acac) 2 Nickel alkoxo complexes were obtained by the anodic dissolution of metallic nickel in absolute ethanol in the presence of Et 4NBr(electric-conductive additive).The solution was directly hydrolysis to prepare nano-sized NiO by Sol-gel process. The precursor gel was respectively calcined at T=350℃ and 600℃for one hour, and nano-sized NiO was prepared. FT-IR, Raman, XRD, TEM had been used to investigate the structure of the precursors and nano-sized NiO.
