摘要
目的 :观察PRK治疗白内障术后散光的疗效。方法 :用准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术治疗白内障术后散光 17例 2 1眼 ,随访时间 1年以上。结果 :术后 1年病人的视力均明显提高 ,散光度有较大下降。术中及术后无严重并发症发生。结论 :准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术治疗白内障术后散光的预测性好 ,疗效确定 。
Objective:To determine the visual and refractive outcome of photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) in eyes with astigmatism after cataract surgery. Methods:21 eyes of 17 patients who underwent PRK for the astigmatism following cataract surgery were observed.The follow-up period was 1 year. Results:Mean astigmatism was -2 31±1 04D prior to PRK.One year after PRK,the uncorrected visual acuity and the best correct visual acuity were both improved.There were 17 patients whose astigmatism was within ±1 00D.There was no severe complication during the operation and the following. Conclusions:PRK is an effective method for the correction of the astigmatism after cataract surgery.
