摘要
目的:观察小切口白内障术后的屈光状态,探讨其影响因素。方法:回顾性地总结130眼小切口白内障人工晶状体植入术后的屈光状态,对术前检查资料及手术方式进行分类统计,分析术后屈光状态变异的影响因素。结果:术后的屈光状态以散光最多(60/130,46.15%),其次是远视(32/130,24.61%)和近视(28/130,21.53%)。术后屈光度均差术前用B超仪检测组为1.251±0.27,明显大于用A超仪检测组0.58±0.61(P<0.05)。术中切口缝线眼散光度明显高于无切口缝线眼(P<0.001)。结论:术后屈光状态主要是散光,用A超精确测定并减少切口缝线可以降低屈光不正的发生率。
Objective: To observe the refractive status after small incision cataract surgery and discuss the influencing factors.Methods:The refractive status of 130 eyes after the surgery of small incision cataract and intraocular lens implantation were summerized.Statistical classification of the preoperative examination data and the different ways of surgery were analyzed.The influencing factors of variation of refractive status were studied.Results: Most condition of postoperative refractive status was astigmatism(60/130,46.15%),the second was farsightedness(32/130,24.61%) and myopia(28/130,21.53%).The mean deviation after operation which measured by B-type Ultrasound(1.251±0.27) was higher than that which is measured by A-type Ultrasound(0.58±0.61)(P0.05).The astigmatism of intraoperative incision suture was significantly higher than no incision suture eyes(P 0.001).Conclusion: The main influence of refractive status was astigmatism.A-type Ultrasound and reducing incising suture could decrease the occurrence of refractive error.
