摘要
目的:研究温心宝口服液对豚鼠急性心衰左心室功能的影响。方法:从颈动脉插心导管入左心室的方法测定其压力及压力的变化 ,以评价心室功能和顺应性 ,用普萘洛尔致心衰 ,以哇巴因为阳性对照 ,观察温心宝口服液对豚鼠急性心衰时左心室功能的影响。 结果 :口服温心宝口服液小剂量 (5 ml/kg)和中剂量 (10 ml/kg)对L VSP(左心室内压峰值 )无显著影响 ,大剂量 (2 0 ml/kg)则降低 L VSP;用普萘洛尔致心衰 10 min,3个剂量组均使L VSP升高或恢复正常 ;中剂量温心宝组使普萘洛尔致心衰心脏的 +dp/dtmax(左室内压最大上升速率 )及 - dp/dtmax(左室内压最大下降速率 )在 10 min恢复正常。静脉点滴温心宝时 ,L VSP、+dp/dtmax及 - dp/dtmax和 dp/dt/P40(左室内压达 40 mm Hg时心肌收缩速度 )也均升高。 结论 :温心宝可改善心衰 ,使衰竭心肌的收缩性恢复 ,静脉给药比口服给药作用更显著。
Objective: To study the effects of Wenxinbao oral liquid on left ventricular function of guinea pig with heart failure induced by propranolol. Method: The ventricular pressure and its alterations were measured by left cardiac catheter, then the function and compliance of left ventricle were evaluated. Result: By oral administration, 5 ml/kg and 10 ml/kg groups had no effects on LVSP which was decreased by 20 ml/kg. At 10 min after cardiac failure induced by propranolol, LVSP was increased or recovered to normal by the three groups doses of Wenxinbao. +dp/dt max and -dp/dt max were also recoverd to normal in the 10 min by 10 ml/kg group. By venous injection,LVSP, +dp/dt max , -dp/dt max were increased significantly compared with oral administration. Conclusion: Wenxinbao oral liquid can improved the heart failure by recovering cardiac contractility.
