摘要
目的 :研究麦胚提取物 (WEE)对减轻肿瘤化疗的毒性 ,增强疗效的效果。方法 :采用动物实验方法 ,对试验组化疗 荷瘤动物施于化疗的同时加喂WEE ,观察肿瘤抑制率 (STR)和白细胞总数的变化。结果 :化疗同时给予WEE ,能显著的提高STR(P <0 .0 5 ) ;能迅速回升化疗造成的外周血白细胞减少 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :WEE在肿瘤化疗中 ,可协同抑制肿瘤 ,提高外周血中白细胞的总数 ,进而调节生理功能 ,修复受损的组织或细胞 ,与其富含多不饱合脂肪酸 (PUFA)
Objective To study the effect on decreasing chemotherapic toxicity and increasing anti tumor treatment of WEE.Methods The change of suppressor tumor rate (STR) and leukocyte number in mice were observed by using WEE during chemotherapy.Results The result illuminated that chemotherapy and WEE raised STR and increased leukocytes more rapidly than control.There were significant differences (P<0.05,P<0.01) between two groups.Conclusion WEE can inhibite the tumor,increase leukocytes and repaire the damaged tissure and cells.It may be related to PUFA in WEE.
