摘要
目的 :对女青少年性激素水平与青春期身心发育的相互关系进行研究。方法 :采用放射免疫法测定唾液雌二醇 (E2 )和睾酮 (T)浓度 ,测量形态与机能发育指标 ,及对智力、性格与性心理行为进行了检查。结果 :两种激素随年龄和第二性征发育而增高 ,月经初潮组的E2 、T均值高于未初潮组。E2 、T与血压、肌力均呈显著的正相关关系。唾液T水平高者 ,具有较好的空间推理能力。结论 :E2 、T对女孩形态机能及第二性征发育有促进作用 。
Objective: To study on relationships between sex hormones and psychosomatic development in female adolescents.Methods: The salivary estradiol (E 2) and testosterone (T) were measuremented, and tests of intelligence, character and sex psychology and behavior were done at the present time.Results: The two hormones were increasing with age and second sex character.The averages of salivary steroids in menarche girls were significantly higher than that in non menarche girls( t=2 31,P <0 05) There were a significant positive correlation in blood pressure(BP),muscle strength (MS) with the level of E 2 and T,Girls with higher level of testosterone have better spatial ability.Conclusion: Sex hormones can promote the development of morphological and physiological function of female adolescents in puberty, and have a association with psychological development.
