摘要
介绍以低分子量聚乙烯次品为原料,在催化剂作用下直接氧化合成氧化聚乙烯的方法。研究了催化剂类型和用量、空气量、反应温度等因素对反应的影响。由实验结果表明,一种过渡元素的羧酸盐TA是较理想的催化剂,用量为聚乙烯重量的0.8%;增加空气的通入量能明显提高聚乙烯催化氧化反应的速度;反应温度以控制在130~140℃为宜。文中并对催化氧化反应的机理作了初步探讨。
The direct oxidative technology of oxidized PE in the presence of catalyst, with low molecular PE sbstandard product as raw material, is introduced in this paper. The effect of the type and adding amount of the catalyst, the folw of the fluidized air and the reaction temperature on the reaction were studied. The results showed that a kind of carboxylate, which consists of transition elements and is called TA catalyst, was an ideal catalyst for the reaction, and the adding amount of it was 0.8% of PE; the increase of the fluidizod air could increase the speed of the reaction; the reaction temperature was better to be controlled at 130~140℃. The mechanism of the catalytic oxidation was also discussed.
