摘要
本文论述了加入WTO后 ,我国经济、文化、法律环境的变化及其对图书馆的影响 ;探讨了 2 0 0 1年 1 0月 2 7日修正的新的著作权法以及WTO的有关知识产权保护的相关协议条款 ;阐述了在我国加入WTO以及新的知识产权保护体系背景下 。
The thesis discusses the problems of the economy,culture,changes of legal environment,and it's influence on library after China accession to the WTO.It probes into the new copyright law which was revised in October 27,2001,and the provisions of the agreement about protection of intellectual property formulated by the WTO.It expounds the library developing strategy under the background by the WTO.It expounds the library developing strategy under the background of the new protective systems of intellectual property after China accession th the WTO.
