摘要
现行出版的图书所附电子文献资源越来越多 ,国家的相关标准滞后 ,导致光盘的著录存在许多问题 ,其利用率又极低。针对这一情况 ,探讨了随书光盘著录的相关字段、规范格式 ,使计算机编目更能反映光盘的信息。并且提出了光盘上网的管理模式 ,按照《著作权法》中的“合理使用”原则 ,避免光盘上网所带来的侵权问题。为实现网络资源共享奠定了基础 。
There are a lot of electronic documents enclosed with books, but because the present cataloging standards are outdated they are inadequately cataloged, thus they can't be brought into full use. Trying to deal with this problem, the paper discusses how to catalog the CD-ROMs in full length, and how to use them as an access to Internet while not causing intellectual infringement. This makes them available to all the users online and puts them to a better use.
