摘要 综述了磷脂对酒精性肝损坏的保护和治疗作用。动物药理试验表明 :磷脂可保护和治疗酒精引起的肝纤维化 ;具有抗肝脂肪过氧化的作用 ;减少酒精引起的肝细胞凋亡 ;调节柯否细胞的活性 ;降低肿瘤坏死因子的细胞毒性和增强白介素 2保护肝细胞的作用。人体临床试验表明磷脂能有效地改善受损肝脏主要的生化指标 ;加快肝组织功能和结构的复原 ,促进受损肝脏的全面康复。
