摘要
目的 :探讨胚胎期豆腐果苷接触对大鼠仔代早期神经行为发育的毒性。方法 :3月龄Wistar大鼠♀ 32只 ,♂ 8只以3∶1交配 ,于孕鼠妊娠第 6~ 15日采用豆腐果苷 0 ,2 7,2 70 ,135 0mg/kg/d剂量经口灌胃染毒。观察母体毒性、16 0只仔鼠出生后生理发育指标 :体重增长、张耳、门牙萌出、开眼、睾丸下降、阴道开启等 ;仔鼠早期神经发育指标 :断崖回避、平面翻正、前肢悬挂、空中翻正、听觉惊愕、视觉定位等。结果 :4个实验组均未观察到母体毒性 ;3个剂量组仔鼠的体重增长、生理发育及早期神经行为发育等指标与对照组相比无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :豆腐果苷对大鼠仔代的早期生理发育及中枢神经系统的发育没有影响。
Objective:To study the effect of Helicid on early neurobehavioral development in Wistar rats'offspring. Methods: Helicid was force fed to pregnant rats during the 6th~15th day after conception with doses of 0,27,270 and 1350mg·kg -1 ·day -1 . Then the maternal toxicity and the body weight & developmental landmarks of offspring were measured.Results: There was no maternal toxicity in four groups. Compared with the control group, there were no statistical differences in the body weight, physiological and neurobehavioral development in 3 treatment groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Helicid had no effects on the early development of central nervous system in rat offspring.
