摘要
目的 了解新疆维吾尔族群体 4个STR位点的基因及基因型分布 ,获得 4个基因座的群体遗传学数据。方法 采用PCR扩增技术和基因扫描技术进行样本STR遗传结构分析。并与其他种族、人群的等位基因频率进行比较。结果 4个STR位点在新疆维吾尔族人群中均具有遗传多态性。 4个STR位点的基因型分布均符合Hardy Weinberg平衡定律 (P >0 0 5 )。不同人群基因频率分布存在一定的差异。家系分析显示 :4个STR位点等位基因均按孟德尔遗传定律呈共显性传递。结论 所得到的等位基因频率等数据可为遗传学研究。
Objective To explore the distribution of genes and genotypes of 4 STR loci and obtain genetic data in Xinjiang Uygur population and pedigree. Methods PCR technique and genescan technique were used to analyze the genetic structure of 4 loci. Results The allele frequencies were compared with those of other races or population. The STR polymorphism at all of the 4 loci was observed in Xinjiang Uygur population. No deviation from Hard Weinberg equilibrium was observed. The allele distribution varied in different races and population. The pedigree investigation showed that the allele distribution was in agreement with the Law of Segregation and Law of Assortment. Conclusion The data obtained can be used in population genetics investigation, individual identification and paternity test.
