国产尼卡的平对沙土鼠脑缺血后再灌注及脑水份含量的影响

摘要 报告用沙土鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,于脑缺血前、缺血时及再灌注后,静脉注入钙通道阻滞剂尼卡的平0.1mg/kg。结果表明,尼卡的平可明显改善沙土鼠脑缺血再灌注后的低灌注状态,增加缺血区局部脑血流量及减轻脑水份含量,对脑缺血后神经功能将起保护作用。 The gerbil model which was produced by bilateral carotic occlusion for 30 minutes and reper-fusion for 120 minutes was used to assess the therapeutic effects of home made Nicardipine,a cal-cium channel blocker,on cerebral ischemia.Nicardipine(0.1mg/kg)was given intravenously 10minutes before ischemia,or immediately after ischemia,or soon after removal of arterial clips.Local cerebral blood flow was detected by the hydrogen clearance teachnique.We conclude thatNicardipine used in this model may improve post-ischemic hypoperfusion,increase cerebral bloodflow in ischemic region,reduce brain water content,comparing with control group,and have aprotective effect on post-ischemic neurol damage.
