摘要
介绍了淮钢采用二次燃烧氧枪向 70 t超高功率电弧炉的一定区域内吹入低纯氧气进行二次燃烧 ,理论计算了二次燃烧的供氧流量和节能效果 ,并与已获得的工业效果进行了比较 。
The components and technical characteristics of post combustion system of blowing low pure oxygen (90 94 % oxygen) into certain area of 70 t UHP EAF through post combustion (PC) lance is presented. The oxygen flow rate and energy consumption is calculated and compared with actual effect in production to reveal the advantages of post combustion technology.
