摘要
转炉二次燃烧氧枪是在普通氧枪上增加副氧流孔的纯氧气用枪,它的用途是增加炉内CO的二次燃烧率来提高熔炼的废钢比。本文介绍了这种枪的关键部件——双流喷头的结构、枪的使用要点以及三支枪共吹炼271炉的吹炼结果。试验表明,多吃了废钢,枪的寿命提高了3～4倍,解决了沾枪的老大难问题,年经济效益达50万元以上。
The converter oxygen iance with secondary combustion is a pure oxygen lance added with by-pass oxygen hole in general oxygen lance, and could be applied to increase the secondary combustion ratio of carbon monoxide in converter so as to increase smelting scrap ratio.This paper introduces the structure of key compoments(double flow nozzle)of this kind of lance,main points of its operation and smelting effects of three lances which is used for 271 heats.It is shown through tests that the scrap ratio has been increased and service life of the lance raised about 3~4 times,and the difficult problem of contaminated lance solved, and 0.5 million RMB got per year.
