摘要
织口状态对于织物质量有很大的影响,织口状态包括织口位置和打纬区纬密分布,它是织物与经纱的衔接点.为了测量织造过程中织口状态动态微观变化规律,我们设计了专用的线阵CCD象感器计算机数据采集系统,具有高扫描速率和高分辨率,使用这套系统较成功地跟踪了VamatexC401剑杆织机档子形成的过程,并对织口漂移干扰过程进行仿真,论证了档子是张力反馈式送经机构的固有缺陷,提出了一种能够消除档子和自动接档的新型送经方式.
The colth-fell condition is very important in the fabric quality. It connects warp and
cloth. The cloth-fell condition contains the cloth-fell condition and weft density in pick-sp-
acing. The cloth-fell moves rapidlly during the weaving process. For measuring it, the
CCD Camera has been designed. The CCD camera has high scanning speed and high dis-
crimination, By means of it, kinds of stop marks have been analysed and great number of
experiments have been made in Vamatex C401 rapier loom. The microscopic cloth-fell con-
dition can be measured in detail. It is confirmed that the CCD camera is a superior way to
research the silk weaving process.
