Elimination of Set-marks Using Picture-Matching Technique

摘要 机织物开车稀密路产生的主要原因是织物及经纱的蠕变和松弛而引起织口位置在停车时的偏移 ,从而提出一种基于图像匹配技术的织口位置检测方法及其原理 ,并进行了试验验证。最后介绍了运用图像匹配技术精确检测织口位置从而消除开车稀密路的新方法。 Creep and relaxation of fabric and warp lead to cloth fell position deviation during loom stop is mainly creation reasons of woven fabric set-marks. The test method and principle of cloth fell position based on picture-matching technique is brought out, tested and verified. At last, a new method of elimination set-marks is introduced, which detected accurately cloth fell position by using picture-matching technique.
