摘要
文章简要介绍笔者依据生物力学原理、进行股骨颈骨折内固定器的研制和临床实践。所研制的中空、加压、防旋双头螺钉具有优越的抗压、抗弯和防旋力学性能,螺钉结构先进合理、操作方便,已获临床满意疗效。
This paper is introduction briefly, about writer's research production and clinical practice of the internal fixator of the fracture of the femer neck by biomechanical prenciple, It is a double head screw with central vacuity added press and preserve rotation. The screw has the excellent mechanical property in the respect to against press, against bend and preserve rotation, The screw's constraction is advanced reasonable and to operate convenient, It has resulted satisfactorily in clinical practice.
