摘要
双端螺纹松质骨加压螺钉的特点是两端螺纹具有不同的螺距,无螺帽。前端的螺距大于后端,在拧入螺钉时,由于前后两端前进速度不同,而使2块骨折靠拢产生加压作用。螺钉头类似AO踝螺钉具有自攻能力。此螺钉可适用于各部位的松质骨骨折,特别是关节内骨折。由于螺钉能提供牢固的固定作用,很少需要石膏外固定,在骨折愈合后也无需取出。1988年8月以来,我院共治疗松质骨骨折14例,包括有股骨颈骨折5例,股骨髁骨骨折4例,胫骨髁骨折3例,内踝骨折1例和跟骨骨折1例。随访1年以上有12例,11例结果优良。
Compression Cancellous Bone Screw with both ends thread is a Variable pitch screw designed tO provide rigid 'fixation of cancellous bone fracture. The screw is headless and threaded with pitch difference between the two end threads. In order to apply compression, the thread on the leading end of the screw has a greater pitch than that at the trailing end, so that fragments are drawn together as the screw is inserted. The tip of the screw is similar to AO malleolar screw with self-taping.The screw can be used in any cancellous bone fractures, espeeially the intraarticular fracture. Owing to the screw provides rigid internal fixation, a plaster immobilization is rarely required and the screw is unnecessary to remove. after the bone union. 14 cases with cacellous bone fracture have been treated in our hospital, since August of 1988, including 5 eases of femeral neck fracture 4 femural condylar fractures, 3 tibial condylar fractures 1 case of medial malleolar fracture, and calcanenus fracture. 12 cases have been followed up for over 12 months. Successful result was obtained in 11. Out of 12: cases.
